RLI is currently engaged with Hutchison Law Group of Raleigh, NC. for its licensing activities. There are two attorneys, Allen Baum and Caroline Rockafellow, who work with RLI on its licensing efforts. Mr. Baum is currently serving as President of the Licensing Executives Society (LES), an organization of 6,000 licensing professionals in the U.S. and Canada. Mr. Baum is a frequent lecturer and teaches courses for the Licensing Executive Society’s Intellectual Asset management professional development series. Ms. Rockafellow is the immediate past co-chair of the RTP chapter of the Licensing Executives Society. Both attorneys are registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
